As part of its commitment to create initiatives that enhance the capabilities of local talents, Oman Oil Marketing Company has signed an agreement with Sultan Qaboos University to sponsor three postgraduate students within the college of Economic and Political Science. The agreement, which amounts to OMR 4,500 annually per student for three years, was signed by Oman Oil Marketing Company CEO and Dr. Ali Saud Al Bimani, Vice Chancellor at the university.
The Chief Executive Officer of Oman Oil Marketing Company said, “One of the biggest impacts within a society is made through education and because of our continuous belief in the importance of education, we put it as one of corporate social responsibility pillars. We are proud to partner with Sultan Qaboos University to provide three MBA students with a tuition-based scholarship. As leaders, we have a responsibility to our community and through such collaborations, we are able to make a long lasting difference by investing in people.”
