Following its recent partnership with Rekaaz to support its 12th Youth Awareness Campaign, Oman Oil Marketing Company (omanoil) received a special plaque of recognition from the Pan-Arab non-profit foundation, during its closing ceremony which was held recently at the Omani Women’s Association in Al Qurum.
Rekaaz Oman’s General Supervisor Eng. Mohammed Al Musafer along with Abdul Hamid Al Bilali, Chairman of the Kuwaiti based Bashayer Al Kheir Association awarded the plaque to Eng. Omar Ahmed Qatan, CEO of omanoil, and highlighted the Company’s hands-on involvement and contribution in making the three-month ‘Cool to Live Responsibly’ awareness campaign a national success. Eng. Qatan commended the efforts of the latest Rekaaz drive, which reached thousands of youths across the Sultanate and aimed at instilling individual and collective leadership skills, as well as Islamic moral values in Omani youths from the ages of 14 to 23.
omanoil’s support of Rekaaz, as a platinum sponsor comes in light of its on-going corporate social responsibility platform which aims at engaging local communities and working closely with leading non-profit organizations to achieve their core objectives by identifying, addressing and supporting the most underlying socio-economic concerns.
